Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 48 hours of placing it, this is due to items being made to order and production can start 48 hours after receiving your order.
It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation. We are not responsible to refund any item where the fault is not our own or the item has not been cared for in your possession.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email on sassyjaxcreative@hotmail.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.
We do not accept returns on personalised or custom made items/special requested items. All other items please get in touch to return your order within the 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and all returns must have been prearranged with a completed return form (sent via email).
Returns
Please sent your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including a return form to help us identify your order, return form will be provided when return is requested via email on sassyjaxcreative@hotmail.co.uk. You must contact us before returning an item. Return Address will be on the returns form.
Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£).
Payment via all major debit and credit cards are taken online via Paypal.com and via Worldpay.
Delivery
We pride ourselves on getting you your items as quickly as possible. To gauge an accurate delivery time frame please see each listing for our current and most up to date turn around times. If you need an item sooner please select the queue jumper option within our products.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our items, with couriers taking larger orders that may require this. Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days if using our standard delivery option and within 1-2 working days with the express delivery option. Please note during peak times ie Christmas items will have postage delays so please factor this in when ordering. Delivery times are different from out turn around times so please look at them on each listing before ordering.
Our Queue jumper option is found without our product listings and has 2 available options, option 1, either jump to queue to have your order done first and then despatched within the normal delivery time frame, option 2, upgrade shipping to next day shipping, so leaving the processing time but making delivery time quicker. option 3, both jumping the queue and upgrading shipping, this will get your item within 2-5 working days depending on the item.
If a product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund and to cancel or see if your happy waiting the delayed time.
We will only ship to the UK only so no overseas orders can be fulfilled.
If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.

Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies between 2 business days - 4 weeks depending on the item/items ordered, but all processing times will be within each listing description. Delays might occur during peak season.
Shipping Time
The time needed to deliver the order to your doorstep varies between 2-7 business days, depending on the location and selected postage option, please remember shipping time is different to processing times.
Generally, all the orders get delivered between 2-7 business days and we try to deliver as soon as possible for a hassle-free experience.
Postage normally used is Royal mail 2nd class, royal mail 24 hour, royal mail 48 hour depending on the service you select.
