Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 48 hours of placing it, this is due to items being made to order and production can start 48 hours after receiving your order. 

It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation. We are not responsible to refund any item where the fault is not our own or the item has not been cared for in your possession.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email on sassyjaxcreative@hotmail.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

We do not accept returns on personalised or custom made items/special requested items. All other items please get in touch to return your order within the 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and all returns must have been prearranged with a completed return form (sent via email).

Returns Address

Please sent your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including a return form to help us identify your order, return form will be provided when return is requested via email on sassyjaxcreative@hotmail.co.uk. You must contact us before returning an item. Return Address will be on the returns form.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and  returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
